A: After you we have received your order and your payment is verified, we take 24 hours to get your server up and running. If you have requested any special customizations for your server then it may take up to 3 days to get your server online.

4Q: What are the working hours of your support team?
A: Our support staff are available 24/7 and are ready to serve you at any time of the day. All you need to do is open up a support ticket via our client portal and our customer support representative will entertain your request within minutes.
5Q: Do you provide backup service for managed and unmanaged dedicated servers?
A: We provide on-site backup for managed dedicated servers only. If our unmanaged dedicated server clients wish to acquire offsite & onsite data backup then contact us on email@example.com or have a live chat with our representative.
